Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Kuleta website and app, provided by Kuleta Platform L.L.C. (“Kuleta”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Kuleta, you agree to them.
Access to the platform
Access to the Kuleta platform is enabled by us — creating an account does not by itself grant access to any organisation or data. A business’s use of the platform is governed by a separate written agreement between Kuleta and that business. Where such an agreement exists, it governs use of the platform and prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
Use Kuleta only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access it without authorisation, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store or share unlawful content.
Software, not professional advice
Kuleta is a software tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice. Reports, calculations, VAT figures and exports are generated from the data you enter and are aids only — you remain responsible for reviewing and validating them before relying on them.
Intellectual property
Kuleta — including its software, design and branding — belongs to Kuleta Platform L.L.C. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; no ownership is transferred.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Kuleta reliable, but it is provided “as is” and we may update or change it over time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; where you have a signed agreement with us, its liability terms apply.
Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. We may update them from time to time and will revise the date above. Questions? Email info@kuleta.app.
