Kuleta is operated by Kuleta Platform L.L.C. (“Kuleta”, “we”, “us”), based in Prishtinë, Kosovo. This policy explains in general terms how we handle information across our website and the Kuleta app. We keep data collection to what we need to provide the service.

Our role

For visitors to our website and the people who manage a Kuleta account, we act as the data controller. For the business data a customer stores inside the platform, we act as a processor on that customer’s behalf — handling it only to provide the service and under our agreement with them. Requests about that data are best directed to the customer who controls it.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide, such as your name and email address (including basic profile details if you sign in with Google).
• Business data you choose to enter into the platform.
• Limited technical data — such as device type, app version and usage — needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
• With your permission, your device camera and photos, used only to scan and upload documents, and a notification token if you enable push notifications.

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the service, secure accounts, provide support, improve Kuleta, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Hosting and sharing

Kuleta runs on secure, reputable cloud infrastructure located in the European Union. We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, and where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

Our website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics for marketing in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. For business data we hold on a customer’s behalf, please contact that customer; we will support them as their processor.
